We are so happy to have found Vaughn! He is prompt, responsive, professional, reasonable, patient, and knowledgeable. We recently updated a bathroom. We felt confident we could handle the cosmetic, but when it comes to plumbing not so much. We submitted a request on his website and he contacted us immediately. He not only replaced our supply pipes in the shower, removed the toilet, and set up our new pipes for under the sink; he also fixed the supply pipes at the hot water heater and main supply for the house that he noticed while here were quite corroded. It took us longer than expected to finish the cosmetics but when we call Vaughn to say we were ready for him to come back he was here. He didn't forget us. He put in the new fixtures (sink and bath) and installed the new potty. Trust the reviews Vaughn is the real deal!
